I've started using this product called Dopamine Brain Food by Natural Stacks because my prescriptions like Adderall were triggering my anxiety. I certainly don't think it's as strong as the Adderall, but it gives me a mild boost with none of the side effects and that's really been more meaningful for me lately.

I'm partial to matcha tea and earl grey. Matcha for the health benefits and earl grey for the extra caffeine

Caffeine lol. I take Vyvanse and I used to be on Ritalin and Adderall. They work okay for me but sometimes I need an extra push. Exercise is super important for me too, even if it's just short walks. I have depression symptoms and Hashimoto's so I have to make sure I'm following the regimens for those health issues as well as my ADHD because I find that my thyroid problems affect my motivation more than anything by making me exhausted. So tracking eating/sleep/supplements/meds/exercise has been crucial for getting out of bed

i’m not unmotivated to take meds, most don’t work for me.

Feeling and getting better has motivated me to take medication for almost twenty years now. In the end, I reached those goals.
