When you’re around a sleep attack, whether it’s right before or after, do you get very confused/exhibit poor judgement? I often fall asleep during tests and right before (and it feels like sometimes while I’m sleeping if that’s possible?) I get very confused. Like I’ll get convinced I’m on the wrong questions and try to get on the right one when I was on the right question all along. And I’ll spend like 5 minutes trying to figure it out. Thoughts?

I am super confused when one is about to happen and can get panicked and paranoid. When I wake up, I’m confused for a few minutes

I’m super confused 30 seconds after I wake up, but I get back to myself right after

It’s probably different for each person. I get very clumsy. I also can’t pay attention, like I start to daydream

I act normal when I wake up but I really don’t have a clue what’s going on so ask for help and still end up lost🥲
