has anyone ever had any issues using tampons after their first outbreak? i was fine before it. but now everything hurts even without an actve outbreak. im due for my period soon, i just dont know if im alone in this.

You are definitely not alone. When you first get it, the outbreak is the worst it will ever be and outbreaks after will be calmer and calmer (I hope knowing that helps make you feel more hopeful ☺️) Please be patient with yourself I promise your body WILL adapt to it.
