Hello everyone, this is my first post on Alike. I've been struggling with depression and anxiety, and it has had bad effects on my weight. It is a cycle, I gain a lot of weight, feel disgusted by myself and then I lose that weight, get comfortable and the cycle repeats. Any ideas on how to deal with this? I want to lose weight for good

      You can talk to a therapist about this! They will help you come up with plans on how to redirect your feelings when you want to eat a lot of unhealthy food. Sadly I don't have any personal advice to offer ❤️
