So I was wondering if I had ADHD a few years ago because I showed a lot of signs. I asked my therapist about it, she never gave me a test she only said that my anxiety and depression mix to cause ADHD tendencies. I asked my boyfriend and three different friends who have ADHD about this and they all agree that, that is bullsh*t. What should I do?
