      being more confident, loving myself every day. it is so hard but even just actively thinking like “it’s okay that i exist” “i deserve to exist” etc. can help so much.

      there are some mindfulness exercises that I learned from a free class virtually by NAMI. my favorite one is imagining yourself at a favorite or enjoyable place. I pick the beach. and just going thru each of the senses, I find it comforting
