@thrillsnchills and my body is just soooo heavy to even walk around the front room. Sorry I've not been on here, had a few days in bed as I was struggling with pain and fatigue x

My entire body aches, not sure if muscles or bones or both hurt. My clothes or anything that touches my skin hurts and burns. My body feels heavy, zero energy, just want to sleep.

Well,. Every single muscle in my body hurts, knees shudder, crying out in pain with every move, knowing if you move it'll hurt,. My legs generally feel really heavy, so tired yet unable to sleep as every position is uncomfortable šŸ˜£šŸ˜£ That's the gist,. What about you @thillsnchills? šŸ¤— Gentle hugs for you xx
