Hi, I'm new here! i have troubles coping with my life situation although it's not my fault, I'm always overthinking and anxious.. i just can't get rid of it and I don't know when will it finish... just wish if i can live normally

I had the same issue before, then I joined a free online self development group and it helped a lot. I’ve been able to have more courage, less anxiety and have supportive friends in the group that have helped me in my self improvement journey. It’s been a challenge though, and it can go back to challenging every day, but there are people who have given me a code of life to live by which has helped me get to places in life I didn’t think were possible and I probably wouldn’t have gotten there without the help I’ve gotten from that group

I know what you mean anxiety will take over and sometimes u don't know it I try my best to overcome it since I been in out the hospital for sixteen times with asthma and the diabetes not helping because of the steroids so I don't know what to do or think

Same here ✋I don’t know when all this anxiety will stop and I’m always trying to look for solutions. But it’s really hard. Also I agree that the overthinking and anxiety is not your fault. And I’m reading this book called the poly vagal theory by Stanley Rosenberg
