i turn on my music and get distracted by tiktok. i put in both airpods if i can, but if i can’t then i just remember to breathe and keep my eyes glued to my phone so i don’t freak out.
not suggested but i eat as fast as i can so i can sit in the bathroom on my phone. i know music helps for a lot of people as well but i always forget earbuds
