I’m having a hard time staying motivated and on track. Aside from food journaling, anyone have any life hacks for accountability?

Idk if my motivation will work for you but I try and get out early and really push myself and get my heart rate up. I have this hill I hike with my son that does a wonderful job and only about 40 mins. Or kayaking but have to slow down for kiddo so it doesn’t get my heart rate as high as I would like. I find the boost in happy hormones from exercise really helps keep me motivated to make good choices throughout the day.

If you're able to afford a weight loss program i recommend weight watchers. The have millions of recipes an easy way to track your food but most importantly they have a whole network of people that all share their journeys. You really start to connect with people who are struggling just like you. Its the most supportive program I've ever been on.
