Was just thinking to myself and wanted to share. Forums like this and also Reddit have been so helpful for me to feel less alienated and alone, even in just reading what others have to say. Sometimes I can get stuck in focusing on my struggles that I forget to pause and acknowledge my progress in certain things, or things I am proud of myself for. Just took a moment and got emotional because of how proud I have been of myself for advocating for myself as much as I have been and not letting my people pleasing take over accommodations I know I need. If you haven’t yet today, or recently, please take a moment and acknowledge something you are proud of yourself for, no matter how small it may seem. Life is hard and we are all just trying our best 💖
