I have been having the hardest time losing weight, I weigh about 233, have since I had my kid. my kid is now 5, and I still can't lose weight. I've tried exercising, I've tried keto diet, I've tried one meal a day diet, I've tried the eating two three times a week diet, I've starved my self, I've tried walking it off, running it off, I even got one of those still bikes to put in my room. I've tried the diet pills, I've tried everything I can think of. and nothing works. I need some serious help. Can you think of something that might work?

Eat more often don't starve yourself you put your body in starvation mode ,and any food you eat your body will store for later because it is not getting enough nutrients you want to eat a food that is a carb and a food that is a protein six small meals a day low carb or no carbs and alot of water and do some exercises

Have your thyroid checked. All you need is a blood test. My weight gain was due to thyroid. As soon as Doctor put me on levothyroxine, I started to lose weight. Also sometimes different medications have weight gain as side effects. Check your current medications for side effects.

Don't starve yourself, maybe see a dietician or bring the concerns up to your doctor. Different things can affect weight, and some medicines/conditions can make it harder to loose weight

@Steph1977 i really don't believe this people told me this all the time for years . Perhaps everyones body is different but when i was 18 i starved myself couldnt handle it so i would eat as little as possible.. while exercising i got into the best shape of my life . Also recently i fasted for 4 days an 4 nights not straight tho i lost 15 pounds an i continue to lose weight i am not in a position to eat healthy the food i eat is nasty an unhealthy but yeah

@BlueCreature you'll lose weight if you fast in the short-term, but when you spend literally YEARS depriving your body of the nutrition it needs to survive, you will absolutely alter your metabolism. You definitely weren't in the best shape of your life if you were starving yourself and exercising, although you probably thought it was the best you ever looked. Health is MUCH more than weight and how fit/skinny you look, I'm willing to bet a basic metabolic panel would've told a very different story

@Steph1977 thank you, I might try that, I know nothing I've tried before haven't worked, I really wish one would
