Maybe it's being lazy but I genuinely am so glad when I can sit on my couch by myself. I don't want to be around anyone, they give me anxiety. I'm perfectly happy sitting by myself and texting people through the safety behind a screen. I had a panic attack at my internship today because I went to a group prior to working (I go to pros, a group therapy place that I also internship in the kitchen to learn job skills), and I hadn't been around as many people in the group in a long time. I had a really bad panic attack, and then I got drove home. As bad as the panic attack was, I'm just glad I can be alone now. I want to stay alone forever. It's my happy place. I kinda want to get a job and be normal, but I think I really just want to be alone forever. I don't need people. They are what cause me anxiety. I feel so much better now that I'm alone. I don't want to go out with anyone, I can text them. I don't need to see anyone. I don't want to change this, I'm fine. I'm happy this way. People just cause anxiety. So just leave me alone.

It may be helpful to look at your values and see if staying alone is preventing you from accomplishing the things you want to do. Also, the more you stay alone- you are experiencing avoidance. And avoidance reinforces the anxiety and makes it harder to overcome.
