hi everyone!!! I'm a very stable diabetic with an A1C of 6.2. trying to get it down below 5.5 with diet, exercise and medication. it's not easy, even with medication. I also have psoriatic arthritis. I went 2-3 grueling long months without Humira. I've been on humira over 2 years. zero pain. I do chiropractic care twice a week, water aerobics 2-4 times a week and walk 1-3 miles 3-4 times a week. I'm on low carb plant-based diet. I'm šÆ into taking supplements. I also have BPPV. Last episode was in February. So far so good lately.
