Hi, first post here. Just trying to meet with people with similar issues. Also, I really struggle with exercise and staying healthy so any advice on that is helpful.

      I actually follow Fabulous50 and shes great with sitting arms, abs and I think she has yoga to. She does it all from a chair and trust me I feel it long after Im done.

      I am going to try some tapes they're called sit and be fit and sitting yoga I figured they're going to be a good way for me to start and hopefully I like them maybe you'd like to try something like that too

      I joined a walking group in my local area, it really really helps because I am staying active and meeting new people šŸ˜€
