What do you personally do to help with anxiety? I do things like journaling, breathing exercises, and exercising, but I think I want to try some new things and I am just wondering if anyone has any ideas that works for them. Thanks!

      Working out helps as well, but it is more temporary for me :) but i still love going to gym
