I have the same issue, blood is “normal” yet I’m always extremely fatigued. It’s so frustrating. I’ve tried an energy drink once to see if it would do anything, I still took a nap lol

I do feel tired a lot as well. My bloodwork comes back normal but I think that’s only because of the meds. I’ve been taking a lot of vitamin D, and it helps, but I really don’t have time to sleep more than 9 hours per night so I’m just sleepy… I wish I knew how to be more energized

I used to feel very tired, but once I started an AIP diet I felt better. The more I do it right, the better I feel. Everytime I eat something I’m not supposed to, specially inflammatory food, I feel the bad effects just a couple hours later.

@Tinna I've tried dieting but personally for me it's Very overwhelming and causes me ALOT of anxiety and I'm the kinda person who " eats there feelings " 🤦♀️🤦♀️
@beautifulDisasterxo I’m sorry… 😞 well, I can tell this diet makes me feel very sad when I’m surrounded by people eating everything that they want… I just try to focus on how good I’ve been feeling, and unfortunately I’m avoiding going out for lunches or dinners. Kinda ugly, but that’s what worked for me. Sugar is an addiction that it’s hard to quit, but after 10 days it wasn’t that difficult to me. I’m just two months on the diet, hopefully in time I’ll be able to manage my anxiety better. I would say you should find your triggers and be patient with yourself while following the diet. It works like a miracle ❤️

Yup !!! It dosent matter how many hours of sleep I get I'm always exhausted. If I get less sleep say 6 7 hours not only am I exhausted but I feel terrible too. And Ive been taking b12 and it's gotten alittle better but I'm still tired.

I always felt tired before I got put on medication (both thyroid and antidepressants), now I'm more less so but I still have my moments. Before medication though I was extremely tired all the time and would always zone out during classes and what not because I couldn't focus since I felt so exhausted.

I completely relate!!! I recently found out that your B12 can be technically in range but the bottom half of normal can still cause severe symptoms of exhaustion in certain people (so labs all come back normal, but for some people, that level of “normal” isn’t enough to feel normal) I started taking double my original B12 supplements (because I used to be low, but am not in the bottom half of normal, but still having symptoms) and I have been feeling SO much better!! It’s not perfect, back to normal, but my days of being so tired I can’t function have been cut in half (which I would call a huge win!) definitely talk to your doctors about that!! And if anyone knows of anything else that might help get the number of tired days even lower, that would be SO great!!

@Eurythmic Saaaame.
Yes. Absolutely. If anyone has suggestions or has overcome this even a smidge, let us tired people know.
Yes!!!
Yes. I seem to feel a little better when I remember to take a vitamin d supplement. Just check with your Dr first if you decide to try it.
@goldstar i know i got my vitamin d checked and it was in the normal range so i’m not sure if i should take any extra?
@SJL2 mine is low, but it wouldn't hurt to ask your Dr if it's something you could try.
Yes constantly If I sleep any less than 12 hours I feel like absolute garbage but when I sleep over 12 hours I only feel like garbage 😂
@Toxicvalentine literally!! it’s like no matter what i cannot function and everyone just thinks i’m lazy for it
