I had chronic hives and went to three specialists and two different doctors and they were no help. Here’s what I did: - switch EVERHTHING to fragrance and dye free/hypo allergenic. For example, detergent, hand soap, dish soap, body wash and shampoo, deodorant, lotion, toothpaste, makeup, etc. completely cut out perfume/cologne unless you make it from 100% certified natural essential oils. Don’t use room sprays with artificial fragrance or dyes, same with candles. Best thing to use is essential oil diffusers. although it may not be an allergy, sometimes a reaction happens. I slowly over time switched and my hives have gone down SIGNIFICANTLY - REDUCE STRESS. even if you do not feel like you are stressed, your body will find a way to release it which could be in the form of urticaria.
@Acz thank you I have been slow swopping all my body wash, shampoo and stuff like that to dye free and fragrance free, thank you for the tips
