Keep track of your symptoms day by day. I have a separate journal where everyday I write a few short sentences;what i did, what i would like to do tomorrow, and I rate my symptoms for example depression 6/10 anxiety 3:/10 (10 being extremely bad). This type of tracker is also really good to bring to appointments to show your therapist/psychiatrist. Eventually, I did this every other day (don’t beat yourself up if you miss a day or a week!) and I was able to come up with an average of how my symptoms occurred
personally, when my dirty clothes start piling up that is when I'm like alr now it's a problem
