I want to rip my feet off. It feels like they’re on fire and kicking around barbed wire. They’re also super swollen. Dr. Google says I have “hot feet” caused by neuropathy. Has anyone else dealt with this? If so, any suggestions to make it less painful? I haven’t slept in two days, please help.

I've had some relief using a little bit of numbing lidocaine cream. I try to just use it when I don't need to walk around much, in case I stub a toe or something
