Desperate for Relief: Changing My Medication

I have an appt tomorrow with my doctor to hopefully change my medication. I’ve been suffering with severed daily panic attacks for months now and struggling to eat/drink/sleep/leave my bed. I’m terrified to change my meds but I’m so desperate to feel better!!!

        @Yuka soooo much better than expected! I’m on new meds now which I think are really helping already!! And I’m going to start with a diff therapist in the new yr

      I’m so sorry I’ve been there! I had panic attacks several times a day for 3 years 😞 unfortunately I never got treated for it but I eventually made some life changes and they are not nearly as frequent.

          @Yuka I was in a toxic relationship. So I got out of the relationship, stopped drinking as much, got off of caffeine started exercising. I moved back to Alaska where I knew I’d be happy. Big life decisions 😬
