a week and a half ago I went to the ER with a racing heart. 170 bpm for two hours while sitting. along with a stitch in my right side and nausea. ekg was good while I was there and 4 hours of rest. along with this episode I have been fainting and falling. I will be fine when I wake then 30-45 minutes later I just faint. it happened today while driving. luckily I was able to get through it and not completely faint but it really scared me and my daughter
