I notice that my appetite does a complete 180 and I usually start having more irritability as well. it’s definitely frustrating 😔

Absolutely. It's always a dreadful moment but usually I take that time to remember that it gets better. I let myself fall for a moment without fighting it, I know I'll get up. Stressing over the depression you have makes it worse and I try to be aware of that. It's stressful enough as is. I don't want to add the stress of fighting it. Let nature take its course kind of thing. Ups and downs. Ride the wave.

I can always tell when mine is coming up because I always get to where I'm not motivated to do anything.
I can. Everything just starts to feel heavier. Physically and emotionally.
