Constant Anxiety: How Do I Cope?

I feel the same way. Anything going on is always made worse by my own mind. Something as simple as paying a bill goes to, are you sure you can pay it? What if you can't? What if there's a problem and everything goes wrong? What if I lose my job and I can't? The struggle is very real and is draining.
