Questioning my ADHD diagnosis, what should I do?

Ok so I said I have ADHD but that is because I have the symptoms what if I am making it up and don’t have it? what should I do from now on to get diagnosed I have a therapist already for my OCD should I bring it up there?

      I used the DONE app and spoke about the manner in which I do things and shared the desired hope of focus on a video call. Was never diagnosed as a child but was evidently doing things backwards. My friends who were diagnosed also pointed out the markers.

      ugh i was told i didnt have ADHD when i first got tested when i was very young then got officially diagnosed in 8th grade its so annoying they said bc i had good grades i didnt have it

      Getting adhd diagnosed can be difficult. Symptoms could also be similar to OCD. There’s a lot of overlap
