Does anybody else suffer from obsessing over negative current events? Granted, I believe that the current world that we live in, anybody could be depressed. However, I find myself constantly searching and watching videos on the Russia-Ukraine war, fearing the worst:Nuclear Armageddon. This has turned into me watching EAS War Simulations. These things get too real and I feel like I can’t stop wasting my time on them.
I feel it's no use worrying about something can't change might I suggest r/eyebleach instead; cute save furry things to look at. Prepare for the worst hope for the best.
i was doing this until i started reading the news online. It could work with reading a newspaper too. By controlling what i read i don’t get sucked down the rabbit hole. the News was controlling me and I couldn’t wait to tune in again and find out how the world was gonna end. They do this on purpose so that you keep tuning in and keep watching so that they can get their ratings.
