My therapist made my anxiety sky rocket today. I have trouble with palpitations and I’ve been to cardiology and my next appointments to go I’ve holter monitor results and to get a echocardiogram is not until feb 1st but many drs at two different hospitals believe there is nothing heart related. My primary Dr isn’t concerned and neither is my cardiologist. But my therapist was like “well we can rule anything out because my mom had a heart attack and they didn’t figure it out until she went to the cardiologist” like ma’am you don’t say that to someone with health anxiety.
