Does anyone miss manic episodes after getting on meds? I definitely don’t miss the depressive crashes afterwards, but I miss how crazy productive I’d be.
I definitely miss the highs and how excited and happy I could feel. Although usually it was accompanied by a crash and very low. But it almost feels like…I miss the happiness. As if the happiness I feel now isn’t enough for me.
