What do y’all do for elbow subluxations/dislocations? I just had a big one and never know what to do for elbows.

whichever side it slipped out of, use one of those bands made for tennis elbow and put pressure on the tendon it slipped through. a compression sleeve is also super helpful. make sure your elbow is set correctly and splint it and keep it in a sling for at least 24 hours
elbows ARE so hard i usually just ice :/

I use braces to help secure the joints that are the most finicky. I think it's important to exercise the muscles in a controlled setting after.
Make unpleasant noises and deal with it. But seriously, that's pretty much all I can do. My left elbow is a MFer, for real. I ice it, when it swells, and use a heating pad for comfort, occasionally. I can't lift weights anymore, and I really try to be aware of what arm I'm carrying things with, etc. I wish I had a better answer for you *hugs*
