I got diagnosed with anxiety at such a young age that I don't remember the exact actions of getting diagnosed. I remember going into therapy appointments where I got diagnosed and then days later I heard my dad blaming himself for my mental health at such a young age. It was really caused by a previous abusive stepmom that also caused PTSD for me and I got fully diagnosed with depression last year. I'm so sorry for what happened to you, you're not alone
7th grade was about when my anxiety and depression started as well.
I cant say i've been HIT by a car but i do have PTSD from being in a car accident in August 2021.
