I just tested for Lupus and my blood work says I have it. My doctor is testing me again my question is can Lupus make you anemic?

      Yes, very common. In general, Anemia is common for women w/ menstrual cycles

      Yes you can have lupus and viennimic but not everybody with lupus Has anemia
