hey guys, how do ya'll deal with ya'lls emotional and mental health, I need to deal with it asap so I can continue bettering myself and hopefully never have to worry about what I'm going to about my epilepsy ever again I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired of having epilepsy. Don't tell me to think positive because that's out of the question unless I'm happy and I haven't been happy since I was 5 years old

Anxiety and depression are caused by chemical imbalances in our brains and there’s nothing wrong with that. Some anticonvulsants like lamotrigine and clobazam can naturally help with anxiety as well!

    Mental health professionals are how I deal with mine. And also finding ways to cope with day to day struggles. If I’m feeling super depressed/having suicidal thoughts, I take a nap. Listening to music is always something that helps me and also finding stuff that makes me laugh or smile. The idea of “being happy” is insane. Happiness can come and go in an instant. You just have to try to find stuff that makes you happy. Seeing the pretty flowers or petals from the cherry blossom trees makes me happy. And animals make me happy. Especially dogs 💗
