I’m in recovery. I have a prescribed medication to help with anxiety. Tomorrow I am going to a concert with my friend and I want to take an anti anxiety beforehand, just to make it easier.. is that bad, is that alcohol/addict thinking or is that ok?
Absolutely not if you’re taking medication as prescribed. I have narcolepsy with cataplexy and the only treatment for that is controlled substances. But as long as I take my adderall as prescribed I feel no less clean and sober
