Any ideas on how to increase motivation?

    Set a timer for 5 minutes and do the thing until the timer runs out. In my experience, once I start I can't stop, so I just increase the timer length every time it goes off.

    Cbd, vitamins, supplements, 5- hour energy, energy gum.. those are things that I have tried and they seem to help
