tips to make safe food more healthy? all of mine is like Pre-made food and it's not that healthy. we don't really keep many veggies in the house because I'm extremely food sensitive and don't like that many and we don't keep that many fruits. healthy food is kinda expensive for us so any tips on how that make pre-made meals more healthy with cheap stuff would be great.

ENOF is a good brand (a bit expensive but is really worth it) it’s like freeze dried vegetable powder that you can add like 1/4 tsp to your food or drink and it’ll give you a serving of veggies with all the nutrients of actual veggies. it’s tasteless when you add it to stuff

here are some weird safe but kinda healthy foods for me: pb & cottage cheese, pb & baby carrots, pb banana smoothie with some type of protein/supplement powder (i dont worry about getting an expensive one just one with some fiber, protein, and maybe a few vitamins), doctoring up oatmeal, buying pre made or fast food grilled chicken vs fried, roasting any veggies with some oil and sea salt so they get all crunchy!, maybe invest in an air fryer (really versatile and keep things a lil less greasy which is good for health and digestion). they have a huge price range and even the inexpensive ones get the job done.

@ThatOneNerd that's great! I'm not a huge fan of blueberries but I do remember I had really bad cravings out of nowhere to try it with vanilla ice cream and I hyper fixated on it until I tried it ^^

I have been eating a ton of blueberries instead of sweets like chocolate. Don’t know why lol but it’s enjoyable.
