two days ago (on Friday, its now Sunday) I went to my friends house for a slumber party, and that was a lot of fun! we went to a pride event the next day, followed by a water gun fight and swimming. Now I feel physically ill, I'm just upset that I can't do stuff and then have a normal day.

This can be frustrating for sure I know I am still getting used to it. I call it my recovery time lol and I plan to rest and take care of myself and not feel guilty about it. I always think that it’s worth it though to see friends or family and enjoy life! Nothing beats that and even though we need extra rest afterwards that’s okay! ❤️ I had one fun weekend with my friends and afterwards felt ill and fatigued for about two weeks and so I do try to not push myself that hard! But there is a good balance somewhere!

Yeah it sucks, sadly we have to be careful with our spoons. It’s not fun. Sometimes I think it’s worth it to have a fun day, just know you have to pay for it sometimes. You’ll get the hang of the balance if you haven’t already! It’s not fair that we need to think hard about having fun, but it’s just what we have to do

I know the feeling. There's nothing you can really do about it or to prevent it. Your body after is just telling you "you had fun, now you need a break." And there's nothing wrong with that 😊
