I feel like people don't understand what Crohn's really means , I find myself having to justify and prove to people that I'm unwell no one really takes it serious.

      @makelovin yes happens all the time. The worst is when you’re discussing your dietary needs and people scoff at you as if you’re making unnecessary fuss or you don’t know what you’re talking about. Honestly these days I tend to go into battle mode when that happens!

      I hear you! I try to avoid telling people these days, I prefer to just suffer. Nobody wants to hear it and they don’t understand when you tell them. Really tough as we often look pretty good on the outside. 🤗
