Is anyone else the last one to realize they are having a panic attack? My friends and family are constantly asking me if I'm OK and treating me with care and I have no idea why until it eventually clicks that I've begun to panic. I'm hoping to get a PTSD service dog to alert me dince I am apparently awful at sensing it building until I'm too far in and I have to endure it. That and compression therapy via very sweet doggo would fo a ton to help me out.
