recently i've just been collapsing and i have no idea why. i don't know if it's a pots thing and therefore nothing to worry about or something more serious. it's only for a few seconds. honestly it's like i'm just walking and i "wake up" on the floor. i've passed out a few times, but it's never been like this. i guess i'm just trying to understand if this is normal or something to talk to my doctor about. any help would be appreciated.

it definitely isn’t normal, even though it’s likely a function of your POTS. it seems like your dysautonomia isn’t well managed and you may need further treatment/medication. please talk to your doctor!!! it’s important to figure this out because fainting makes you superrrrr prone to injury and hitting your head can be very dangerous. if you don’t already take salt pills, saltstick has great ones that i take two of at morning and night and it helps some! you can find usually find them on amazon. try and drink a lot of pedialyte or other electrolyte drinks (like gatorade) until you can see your doctor. stay safe!!!! <3
