sometimes it feels harder to just struggle mentally and not physically because i can’t just fix it with a dietary change or heavy detox and i have to actually sit with my feelings. i just feel so stuck and hopeless in a weird way. it’s not like i don’t think i’ll be okay i just don’t know how i’d get there.
