Checking In: How Are You Doing?

found a new job to replace my current toxic one, doing alright in school, things are looking up

I’m having a bad day. But I feel like I can’t say that because I got out of bed pretty easily today and am getting things out of the way. I have therapy and idk what to do with our hour later, and I have a socialization thing planned for today as well. I just feel like this is all there is. Hopefully tomorrow won’t feel so hopeless.

I'm self reflecting and working on positive self talk. I had a good night with coworkers and it was very helpful 🥰 still gonna struggle but I haven't been that low in struggling. I know I'm loved and have a plan and stuff :)
