Oh, absolutely! without a doubt! It's can be a bit concerning to have those experiences and I must say It is normal to detect changes in your body after everything that it has been through. Sometimes things feel a little different than they did before due to edema or scar tissue. Nonetheless, it's wise to consult your doctor if you feel any lumps, just to be sure and allay any worries you may have. Never forget that your mental and physical well-being come first. Keep taking good care of yourself!

Yeah, pretty much get what you’re describing here. Feeling a lump after a lumpectomy can be rather unpleasant, and it can make you extremely sensitive of any tiny changes in your body. I will encourage you to not to overthink things! Feeling strange or bumpy while your body recovers and adjusts is very normal.. Remain persistent and be kind with yourself. You're doing fantastic!

Hello Phenut, so sorry you have joined the breast cancer club. Personally, I'm a 2 timer. First one, 20 years ago, i found early with self breast exams but a false negative core aspiration biopsy let it turn invasive. Second one was found early due to a really good radiologist (very small trail of necrosis, no defined tumor yet). Best advice i can give you, relax and tackle things as they come. It probably isnt going to be as bad as your brain can come up with. Enjoy the good parts of every day. Treatments are so much better. Imaging is so much better.
