      If you find the right one, it is hella worth it. But it does take some searching. But once you groove with them, it can change your life

      I don't normally like to talk about myself and how would I get used to talking to someone that I don't know due to social anxiety?

        @Sweetpea94 I was the same way. I hated talking to another person but I got used to it. They’re not there to judge but to help you through your problems. I’d suggest finding a therapist that specializes in anxiety disorders. After a while I enjoyed and looked forward to talking to my therapist. It does take time.

      Absolutely! It may take a little bit to find a therapist that is the right fit, but it is definitely worth it

      Yes, but with certain conditions met. You need to be able to trust/believe in your therapist. You also may need more than “talk therapy” and finding a therapist who’s trained in a different modality helps a lot ❤️ best of luck!
