I've been struggling mentally, I'm doing well at work. But none of my coworkers like, maybe because I'm "to good st my job" maybe because I fix problems they don't "feel like doing" my manager used to love me and praise me. But now I can barely get a hi. I don't understand, we were "friends" at a point, I thought. But she's blocked me on social media, not sure why. I have ideas, like I go to upper management if she doesn't "feel like doing something for a patient" or I call them to get clarification on something because she told me something completely different from what I've been told before. it's hard going to work where people don't really like me. I also have chronic illnesses, that I feel frustrate the people I work with especially my manager, because somedays my body doesn't allow me to do things. any advice for me?

It can be challenging to work in an environment where you feel unsupported or disliked. One approach could be to have an open and honest conversation with your manager about your concerns and try to understand their perspective. Additionally, focusing on building positive relationships with your coworkers and seeking support from friends or family outside of work may help alleviate some of the stress. Remember that it's important to prioritize your health and well-being, so consider discussing your chronic illnesses with your manager and exploring any possible accommodations that could make your work experience more manageable.
