Tw! Does anyone else who got SA’d feel their hands on you? Like when you shower or when you’re changing your clothes. Always feel their hands or when you see someone who looks like them or sounds like them. Or when you wear that color or lay down to sleep in that room. I don’t know how to make it easier. Please give advice.

      I've had a really bad flashback as I was taking a shower one time, and I could feel his hands on my body. It wasn't fun at all. I began to have a flashback and break down because of that, and I even told my mom, but she only told me to "get over it" I can't. I'm trying my hardest, but I can't get over the feeling that it's going to happen again...

      I used to. Not anymore. That definitely sounds like a type of flashback. And that's really hard that you have so many triggers. Are you working with a therapist that could help you with Exposure Response Prevention?

        @srea yeah we’ve been working on it for years and nothing has helped me in the slightest it sucks pretty bad but I guess I just have to deal.
