Music helps me too, especially singing along and dancing, fast paced music is good.

Sorry I know that was kinda a lot

At the end of the day I feel like I’m crazy because I’m feeling all these feelings.

Normally I enjoy singing and listening to music, but it currently hasn’t had the best influence on me. I only say that cause I’ve listen to music based on my mood, so I’ve been playing a lot of emo-ish kind of music lately. I have tried listening to happier music but I’ve felt weighed down my my sad, crappy, and angry emotions. And because Im feeling multiple feelings, it’s like I feel emotionally constipated.
