Dealing with low blood pressure after starting Benlysta

hi everyone, I started taking benlysta about a month ago and since Sunday I've been dealing with low blood pressure. I've never had any issues with my blood pressure. I went to the hospital they ran lots of tests and found nothing wrong, said maybe I was dehydrated because of sjogrens. even though all my labs came back normal. we're on Tuesday now and I'm still light headed and reading low BP. nothing in my diet has changed. I haven't had a heart attack. I don't drink. no new meds. I dont know whats wrong. has anyone gone thru this? I read that low BP is one of the symptoms of benlysta
