Feeling Worthless: How to Overcome Negative Self-Talk

Hey, it’s okay to feel the lows but remember that they are just lows. Your feelings do not define you. You are stronger than what you feel. 💕💕 When I feel like nothing and cannot do anything..- I watch something inspiring, like hardcore independent women who are strong and who have overcome tough struggles, dance movies.. anything to invoke just a little energy, a little spark that keeps me going. Life is hard- just remember that you CAN change things and shape things according to your preferences. ..Just baby steps :) Hang in there 🙌 💕 💕

I can’t say I know exactly how you feel because only you know exactly how you feel, but I do know what it feels like to hate myself, which I do pretty bad right now, and I know what it feels like to wish I was someone else or wish I was nothing at all. You are sooooo important and I’m SO glad you are here.
