Overcoming Social Anxiety: Seeking Connection

Same. Just trying to do simple things like get a bottle of water out of the pack to drink or starting a fire and people have suggestions. I have no one to talk to either. The woman I thought I had things in common with left me for a motorcycle. So talking to her for a date or anything else was never a option. Even though she planned and cancelled our first date and wasn't going to tell me until I texted her. I'm ranting, sorry.
