How do you overcome the struggle to do anything like get back on the meds, take a walk outside , just breathe, I wanted to get a coffee with son and husband just to have a small destination to go out to but I have to many negative feelings going on I feel like just staying in bed :0( . So frustrating seeing what I have to do and feeling I could get it done but feeling held down .

This can be hard. I start with small steps. Maybe instead of going out somewhere crowded (if that's an issue for you) grab drive thru coffee and find a quiet park. Sometimes it's about taking it til you make it. Some days I tell myself no promises on what I'll do buttttt let me put my shoes on. Brush my hair or etc. That way if I'm inspired to do something else small in a little bit before I know it I've at least taken care of basic hygiene and now I'm even ready and could go out for a walk if I want to.

You just do what you need to do. You're not your conditions. Don't let them control your actions!!! FIGHT.... your family needs you ❤️❤️❤️❤️

@SecondChance thanks I do that almost every day. Sometimes though I am so exhausted mentally and physically. I think I am now in one of my slumps.

This is easier said than done, but I try to focus on how I /will/ feel rather than how I currently feel. If I don't do x thing, I get to continue resting but I will feel disappointed in myself. If I do do x thing, I will have to stop resting, I will be more tired later on, but I will be happy I did it and/or that it is done. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but it's how I've had the most success

I struggle with this alot too. I usually try to plan a reward for myself, if I am able to achieve a task. It helps sometimes. For example, if i finish washing the dishes then I can play video games or have a sweet snack. In this case, coffee and/or family could be the reward but you can plan something in advance.
